There are many different ways to lose weight fast, but not all of them will benefit the entire body.

Circuit training is a form of exercise that combines resistance training with high-intensity aerobics in quick bursts. This helps work the entire body and burn high calories.

Weight training consists of any form of exercise that uses resistance of either your own body weight or a machine. This is a good way to tone your body, but not the best way to lose pounds fast.

This week on FitnessWatch, Ashlea Youngs a personal trainer at Page Fitness, will discuss the benefits of both training programs, as well as how circuit training will help you lose weight fast.
