Dehydration is something that anyone working out should avoid.

By not consuming enough water and suffering from dehydration it can lead to heat exhaustion, stroke or cramps and dizziness. It can also affect your mental sharpness and hand/eye coordination, which is important while completing your workout.

This week on FitnessWatch, Jen Bracco a personal trainer at Page Fitness, will discuss how to avoid dehydration.

Each week FitnessWatch will outline healthy living, exercise and fitness tips, brought to you by Page Fitness.
