Alternative types of training that are low impact and use body weight as a means of resistance are popping up throughout the country. One type of low impact training that is available is TRX.
TRX is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injury.
