Many people go to the gym with a regular workout routine that usually will stay consistent.
The 180 Principle maintains that people who exercise at the gym will only get 20% of the results they want.
According to Chris Page, owner of Page Fitness Athletic Club, by changing your regular exercise routine (180 degrees from your traditional workout) you can burn more calories and see results quicker.
For example, if someone walks on the treadmill for an hour each day, turn that routine upside down and run on the treadmill for 20 minutes at a harder pace.
Each week Fitness Watch will outline healthy living, exercise and fitness tips, brought to you by Page Fitness and MyABC50.com.
