Fort Drum— The Fort Drum Culinary Arts Team is training for the 38th Military Culinary Arts Competition Friday, February 22 on post.
The team will prepare a three course field meal while showcasing their culinary knowledge and preparation techniques in both individual and team challenges.
The Army wide competition will be held in March at Fort Lee, Virginia. The Army’s culinary competition at Fort Lee is the largest culinary competition in the United States.
This year, the competition will have a new Master's Category, which is meant to challenge student chefs to reach their highest culinary potential.
