A Specialist with the 10th Mountain Division was arrested after he exposed himself to multiple people while walking down Gaffney Drive naked.
Watertown police arrested Specialist Robert J. Palmer, 23, of Faichney Drive, and charged him with Exposure of a Person.
Specialist Palmer was located walking down Gaffney Drive at 8:25 p.m. without any clothing, exposing his private areas to residents in their homes and cars passing by.
He was placed under arrested and released to Fort Drum Military Police.
Watertown Police received a second call on Specialist Palmer Wednesday afternoon.
According to Lt. Frank Derrigo, a friend located Specialist Palmer smoking ‘Spice’ and called emergency medical services. Palmer was transported to Samaritan Medical Center for treatment.
Specialist Palmer joined March 2008 and stationed on Fort Drum in July 2008.
