Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- The SU men’s basketball team is in Boston for the Sweet Sixteen. The Orange will take on the Wisconsin Badgers in Boston on Thursday.

Both teams are headed into the game with a bit of a chip on their shoulder. Syracuse, as we well know, has been questioned by a lot of national critics since the loss of Fab Melo. Many believe the Orange will be the No. 1 seed to fall, but Wisconsin has had to deal with its fair share of naysayers too.

A lot of the experts have doubts about the Badgers’ ability to score. It’s well publicized how good they are on defense, but offensively they’re only averaging 64 points per game. That’s more than 10 points less than SU’s season average.

Syracuse is headed into the game as the favorite and that’s just fine with Wisconsin players – they’re used to it by now.

Tip off is at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Syracuse is favored by four points, while Ohio State is favored by eight points over Cincinnati.
