Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Amidst their hunt for a national championship, the Orange is taking time out of its schedules to acknowledge its biggest supporters.
And one of the team's biggest fans got the chance of a lifetime on Monday.
Shane Oliver’s mom posted a video of her son crying after he heard the news that Scoop is graduating and won’t be playing with the team next year.
But Scoop’s not gone yet. He and Michael Carter Williams invited Shane over to the Carmelo K. Anthony Center to shoot some hoops and even gave Shane a signed basketball for his birthday. And Carter Williams even helped Shane learn to dunk a ball.
