Fast Lane Chicken and Potato Chowder

Suggested Wine: Stimson Cellars Estate Chardonnay

Makes 6 servings
1 package Chicken Helper®Oven Favorites® PotatoesAu Gratin
1 can (11 ounces) GreenGiant® Mexicorn® wholekernel corn with red andgreen peppers, undrained
2 cups water
3 cups milk
2 cups cut-up cookedchicken or turkey (about10 ounces)
1 cup shredded Cheddarcheese (4 ounces)
6 large round crusty dinnerrolls

1. Heat uncooked Potatoes,Sauce Mix, Au Gratin CheeseSauce Topping, corn, water,milk and chicken to boiling inDutch oven, stirring constantly;reduce heat.
2. Cover and simmer 15minutes or until potatoes aretender.
3. Stir in Cheddar cheese;sprinkle with bread crumbtopping. Scoop out inside ofeach dinner roll to makebread bowl. Serve chowder inbread bowls.
Add even more interest tothis chowder by topping withsour cream, Bac~Os® baconflavor bits or chips, salsa orshredded Monterey Jackcheese with jalapeño peppers.
