Chandra Wilson is taking another spin in the director's chair, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.
Wilson, who plays Dr. Bailey on Grey's Anatomy, will direct an episode of the ABC medical drama slated for mid-March. The hour is so spoilery we can't tease anything! OK, one thing: There's a conference room meeting that will shock not only the audience, but the other doctors!

This is the eighth time Wilson has directed an episode of Grey's. She also helmed this season's sixth episode, "Second Opinion."
Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9/8c on ABC.
