Lowvillw -- An 11-year old Lowville Academy student is facing menacing and reckless endangerment charges after an incident on November 12.

Lowville police received a complaint about a student being out of control at the school. After an investigation, it was discovered the minor held a chair above their head and threatened to throw it at a teacher. The subject also stabbed another teacher in the shoulder with a pencil.

The student was issued an apperance ticket returnable to the Lewis County Probation Department at a later date.
