Philadelphia, NY -- Monday afternoon Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 17 year old Allen Gonzalez, Empire Lane, Fort Drum, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Police say that Gonzalez was in possession of approximately 1.5 grams of marijuana when he was caught smoking it in the boys bathroom at Indian River High School.
Gonzalez will appear in Philadelphia Town Court on June 6th to answer for his charges.
