28-year-old Black River woman accused of raping teen boys
Black River (WSYR-TV) -- A 28-year-old Black River woman is accused of sexually abusing two teen boys.
Jefferson County authorities say Nicole E. Hargis sexually abused a 15 and 16-year-old boy between January 2011 and June 2012.
Hargis has been charged with four counts of rape in the third degree, one count of rape in the second degree, one count of criminal sexual act in the third degree and sexual abuse in the second degree.
Hargis’ arrest stems from a complaint filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. She’s being held on $15,000 cash bail.
