AMBER Alert: Two Children Abducted, Jefferson County Activated Zone

The Rochester Police have activated an AMBER Alert for two children that were abducted after a domestic dispute.

One-year-old Darius Lee and three-year-old Jeremiah Baker were both abducted on Garson Avenue, in Rochester, at approximately 4 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22nd.

Jefferson County is classified as alert region four and has been activated.

Darius Lee has black hair, brown eyes and weighs approximately 18 pounds. He was last seen wearing pajamas.

Jeremiah Baker has black hair, brown eyes, is approximately 2 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 30 pounds. He was also last seen wearing his pajamas.

Kenneth Smith, a 25-year-old black male, is the main suspect in the case. He has brown hair, brown eyes and is approximately 6 feet tall, weighing about 190 pounds. Other identifying marks include burn scars on his upper arm.

Smith was last seen driving a grey 4-door sedan Chevrolet Malibu with NY license plate number EUR2895.

Smith is of no relation to the two children. After engaging in a domestic dispute with the children’s mother Smith then abducted the two children.

Smith has a prior criminal record and has an active warrant out for his arrest.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Rochester Police at (866) NYS-AMBER or dial 911 to provide information on a report or sighting.
