Canton (WTNY) -- A man wanted for the robbery of an ATM at St. Lawrence University in November has been arrested down south. Twenty four year old Joseph Lugo of Dekalb was taken into custody in the state of Louisiana and is awaiting extradition back to the North County. On November 17, Lugo and a second suspect are accused of stealing the actual ATM from outside of the college's bookstore.

The second suspect, 21 year old Brandon Crandall, was arrested shortly after the theft.

The machine contained $35,000 in cash at the time it was taken.
