Andrew Neff says his last day as Undersheriff will be this Friday
Watertown (WTNY) -- The current Jefferson County Undersheriff will be retiring this Friday.
That according to Andrew Neff who is currently under investigation for allegedly sending sexually harassing text messages to a convicted felon who is currently serving more prison time.
Forty two year old Michelle Bowens of Adams Center went public with the allegations last fall that she had a relationship with Neff and that he later sent the unwanted messages to her. She recently pleaded guilty to charges of forgery and possessing stolen property.
Neff maintains the allegations against him are false.
