Baseball bat wielding motorist charged with "Road Rage"

Watertown (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- A case of road rage has led to the arrest of a Dexter man. 

Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies allege that 31 year old Kenneth Risdale got involved in an altercation with Steven Chatigny of Watertown Monday on State Rt. 3 in the Town of Watertown following a traffic incident.  Risdale is alleged to have grabbed a baseball bat and threatened to strike Chatigny with the item.  Risdale is charged with second degree menacing with a weapon. 

 He was ticketed and will answer the charge in Town of Watertown Court on July 26.
