Beach at Jacques Cartier State Park re-opened
Morristown (Riley Kennan WTNY) -- Good news for beach goers near Morristown, the beach at Jacques Cartier State Park has been re-opened.
The beach had been closed for a short time due to the results of water quality tests. It was the second time in three weeks that the beach had been closed.
