A Jefferson County man had sexual contact with a 13 year old girl on several occasions, according to State Police.
The incidents happened in the Lewis County Village of Lowville, according to investigators with Lowville State Police.
Robert L. Sixberry Sr., 54, Carthage, is charged with 2nd degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was issued appearance tickets for an appearance in Lowville Village Court on August 4th.
