A Dexter man has been arrested on one count of Sexual Abuse in the 2nd degree, Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all a Class A Misdemeanor’s.
The State Police in Watertown arrested Roy A. Watts Jr., 41, of 24039 County Route 59 in Dexter.
Mr. Watts is accused of subjecting a 12-year-old girl to sexual contact on two separate occassions.
The accused sexual contact occurred from November 2010 through January 2011.
Mr. Watts was arraigned in the Town of Brownville Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building.
He is being held on $500 bail pending further court action.
