Dustin Trimm ordered to stay behind bars
Nathan Lehman (WTNY) -- Accused murderer Dustin Trimm will be spending all of his time in jail awaiting the conclusion of his case.
Trimm was ordered held in the St. Lawrence County jail Wednesday morning during a bail hearing. The 37 year old Trimm is accused of killing 21 year old Jason Wing in the northern part of the county back in 2010. Shortly after his arrest earlier this year, Trimm was freed after posting $250,000 bail. Last week, he was arrested by State Police in Massena, accused of attempting to solicit an underage, male prostitute.
Trimm's lawyer argued in court that last week's arrest was the result of a set up by police.
