Ex Fort Drum soldier arrested, accused of having sex with a 13 year old girl
Watertown (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- A Tennessee man is back in Northern New York to face a rape charge.
Nineteen year old Kelan Fisher of Memphis, TN was taken into custody there and extradited back to Jefferson County. Fisher is accused of having sex with a 13 year old girl last August, causing the teen to get pregnant. Fisher was stationed at Ft. Drum at the time but has since been discharged.
He is now charged with second degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. Fisher was arraigned and ordered held in the county jail on $10,000 bail pending grand jury action.
