Four youths aged 12, 14, 17 and 19 arrested for shoplifting
Watertown (Riley Keenan WTNY) -- Four teens have been charged in connection with an alleged shoplifting incident that occurred Wednesday at the Salmon Run Mall.
Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies say 17-year-old Franke Davis, 19-year-old Jesus Flores, both of Watertown, and two unidentified minors stole over $175 worth of merchandise from Burlington Coat Factory. Davis and Flores were each charged with counts of petit larceny, conspiracy, and endangering the welfare of a child. Police say the ages of the minors involved were 14 and 12.
Each were ticketed for Town of Watertown Court on August 30.
