Hermon -- Sheriff's Deputies in St. Lawrence County arrested 25 year old Edwin Bevins, County Route 19, Hermon, NY charging him with three counts each 2nd degree Rape and endangering the Welfare of a Child.
It's alleged that Bevins had sexual relations with a victim under the age of 15 during the month of July 2010 in the Town of Dekalb.
Bevins was arraigned in Pierrepont Town Court and is being held on $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond.
