The Massena man accused in the mutilation and torture attack on another man earlier this year was indicted by a Grand Jury this morning in St. Lawrence County.
26-year-old Harry E. Klages II is scheduled to be arraigned July 28th on charges of 1st degree Attempted Murder and six counts of Assault in the January attack on 51-year-old Andrew Lesperance in Klages’ Main Street apartment.
