Port Leyden Man Arrested for Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child
Port Leyden (WWTI) -- New York State Police arrested 50 year-old, Frank Mann of Port Leyden, for 1 count of Predatory sexual assault against a child, a class "A-II" felony.
Mann allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 11 years old.
The investigation was conducted by State Police Investigator Todd Grant, currently assigned to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center in conjunction with Oneida County and Lewis County Child Protective, the Lewis County District Attorneys Office and members of SP Lowville. The victim has been offered services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
Mann was arraigned at the Town of Lowville court on Thursday and remanded to the Lewis County Jail without bail.
