A Potsdam man had several images and videos of child pornography, village police say.
On Friday, David L. LaBrake, 40, was charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child.
He was arraigned and released into supervision of the county probation department.
Agents from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement assisted village police with the investigation.
