Registered sex offender in Gouverneur accused of having sex with a child
Gouverneur -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff's investigators have charged 50 year old Robert Webb, 4967 SH 58, Gouverneur with 1st degree Sexual Abuse.
Police say Webb had sexual contact with a person less than 13 years old during the summer of 2012 in the Town of Potsdam.
Webb, who is a registered sex offender for a previous conviction was committed to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond.
