St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 48 year old John Halvorsen, Crane Rd., Stockholm, NY, after receiving a complaint of stolen property.
It's alleged that Halvorsen entered his rental property and stole several items owned by his tenants. He was arraigned in Potsdam Town Court
and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cas bail.
