Theresa -- State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested 61 year old Charles Warner, of County Route 18, Theresa,for one count of Grand Larceny 2nd.
Police allege Warner engaged in an ongoing forged check cashing scheme defrauding Citizens Bank of Cape Vincent of more than $68,000.00.
Warner was arraigned in the Town of Orleans and remanded to the custody of the Jefferson County Sheriff's department in lieu of $15,000 bail pending further court action.
