Greig (WTNY) -- Three Lowville men are facing charges in connection to a burglary that occurred Friday.

The Lewis County Sheriff's Department has charged 28 year old Jeffrey Stewart, 22 year old Jacob Farney, and 23 year old Darick Brand with third degree burglary and third degree criminal mischief. It's alleged that the three broke into two camps and a shed on the Steam Mill Rd. in the Town of Greig Friday morning and took scrap metal. The trio was located shortly after at the Greig Store with the stolen scrap metal in a pickup truck that Stewart was operating.

The three were arraigned and ordered held in the Lewis County jail.
