Two arrested for stealing a Texico sign in the Town of Lisbon
Lisbon -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 22 year old Chauncey Pray of Lisbon and 25 year old Terry Vinch of Ogdensburg for Trespass and Petit Larceny following an investigation into a stolen Texico sign from a residence in the Town of Lisbon.
It's alledged that sometime in May both Vinch and Pray went onto the victim's property and took the sign from the side of a garage.
Both were issued appearance tickets and will answer to the charges at a later date.
