Theresa (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- State Police have released the name of the man killed Thursday in a one vehicle accident in Town of Theresa Thursday.
Police say 23 year old Thomas Uzailko of Theresa,was thrown from the back of a pickup truck he was riding in. Uzailko died at Samaritan Medical Center.
The driver, 21 year old Robert Galey told State Police that the back tires on his pick-up truck locked up and sent the truck off the road where it overturned.
Another passenger, 20 year old Shanna Knight of Antwerp, was airlifted to Upstate Medical Center with serious injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.

One person is dead and one other person was injured following a one vehicle accident involving a pickup truck Thursday afternoon in the Town of Theresa.
Police say the two were riding in the bed of the truck just after 3pm on County Route 21 when the truck overturned, throwing the two out of the vehicle. The fatality is that of male who died at Samaritan Medical Center. The other individual, a female, was flown to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
Their names have not been released.
