A Private First Class with the 10th Mountain Division has been arrested on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after his car crashed into a home causing injuries to all inside.

Watertown Police have arrested PFC Miguel A. Martinez, 20, of 5th Armor Division Drive on Fort Drum, and charged him with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Permitting Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle.

It is alleged that while PFC Martinez allowed a 15-year-old female to drive his vehicle she crashed the car into a house causing injuries to all inside. There was also another 15-year-old in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

PFC Martinez was transported to the Public Safety Building where he was released into Military Police Custody.
