Watertown man arrested for possessing Child Porn

Watertown (WWTI)-- A 25 year old Watertown man was arrested Tuesday after a police investigation revealed he was in possession of "An obscene sexual performance by a child less than 16 years old".

Anthony Sparks is accused of recording a 12 year old girl while she was nude as well as possesing sexually explicit electronic photos of females under the age of 16 on his personal computer.

Sparks was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

He is being held at the Public Safety Building in Watertown with bail set at $10,000.
