Woman arrested after Domestic Dispute in Evans Mills

Evans Mills (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- An Evans Mills woman is facing charges after allegedly striking another woman with a baseball bat during a domestic dispute.

Thirty six year old Samantha Duhon-Maccue is alleged to have hit Holly Maccue in her left arm with the bat during an argument on the front lawn adjoining their properties.

The victim was taken to Samaritan Medical Center for treatment of a fractured left arm. Duhon-Maccue was taken to Town of LeRay Court, arraigned, and ordered held in the Jefferson County Jail on $1000 cash bail.
