Woman arrested after Domestic dispute in Dexter

Dexter -- 24 year old Elyse McIntosh was arrested by Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies Sunday on several charges stemming from a domestic incident that took place at her residence on the Stone Road in the Town of Dexter.

According to police, McIntosh was arrested for Reckless Endangerment when she  dragged Mr. Jeffery McIntosh with the open driver's door of the vehicle she was operating while she was backing out of the driveway of the residence. She was also charged with two counts of 2nd degree Harassment after police say she struck Mr. McIntosh in the face and kicked and spat on her mother, Debra McIntosh. Police also charged the 24 year old with Criminal Mischief for allegedly ruining a screen/storm door during the domestic dispute.

Additional charges involving other suspects may be pending,according to the Sheriff's Department.

McIntosh was arraigned in the Town of Hounsfield Court and ordered to appear in Brownville Town Court on May 3rd to answer to the charges.
