Two St. Lawrence County residents have been arrested on endangering the welfare of a child charges following a domestic dispute in Norwood.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Robert A. Gilmore, 41, of Maple Street in Norwood, and Lindsay K. Manchester, 20, of Massena, are charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
It is alleged that on June 4th, Manchester and Gilmore engaged in a domestic dispute in front of a small child, creating risk to the child’s physical and mental welfare.
Both Manchester and Gilmore were arraigned and issued an appearance ticket.
