2 SU players benched for Pinstripe Bowl
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Two Syracuse University football players will not be joining their teammates on Saturday when they take to the field for the Pinstripe Bowl game at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.
Adonis Ameen-Moore and Max Beaulieu will not be allowed to participate.
Coach Doug Marrone said the players violated athletic department rules.
SU will kick off against West Virginia at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday.
