2 Watertown residents caught with 15 bags of heroin

Watertown (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- Two Watertown residents are in custody after being arrested on drug related charges.

City Police say 23 year old Daniel Boccardo and 26 year old Halley Crosbie of 232 W. Main St., possessed 15 bags of heroin with intent to sell. Electronic measuring scales and packaging material were also discovered during the police search of their apartment Saturday evening. Both Boccardo and Crosbie were charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

They were ordered held in the Jefferson County jail pending arraignment in city court.
