Watertown -- An early morning domestic incident led to the arrest of a 21 year old from Watertown Monday morning.
Sheriff's Deputies responded to a 911 call and found that Samantha Rounds went to Dean Cronks residence to pick up her child as part of custody/visitation. The Child was not at Cronks residence however there were several people in the residence that had been there overnight.
An argument ensued between Rounds and Cronk, Rounds then left and went next door to Cronk's Aunt Deborah's residence. Cronk followed Rounds into the home and the argument became physical. Cronk allegedly pushed, pulled and dragged Samantha Rounds outside.
911 was called and police responded to the scene finding several people in various states of intoxication. Police found a 15 year old male was at the party and had been served alcohol by Cronk.
Cronk was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and criminal contempt in the first degree for violating an Order of Protection.
He was arraigned in the Town of Adams Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
