Russell -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Curtis Slife, Curtis Rd., Russell, after his neighbor accused him of threatening him with a loaded shotgun.
The Sheriff's report says, Slife aimed the shotgun at his neighbor and the fired the shotgun into the ground.
Slife was charged with 2nd degree Menacing, 2nd degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon and resisting arrest.
Slife was arraigned in the Town of Hermon Court and ordered held at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail. He will answer to the charges in Russell Town Court at a later date.
