Lisbon -- Sheriff's Deputies in St. Lawrence County arrested a man they say has been stealing Copper from an Ogdensburg contractor since 2010.
28 year old Robert Fosythe, Swiss Rd., Castorland was arrested on Monday, charged with 3rd degree Petit Larceny. Forsythe is accused of taking Copper from JMS Mechanical.
Forsythe is currently being held in the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
