Heuvelton -- Police arrested 17 year old Dalton Laflair County Rte. 10, Heuvelton and 2 other Juvenilles whose names were not released because of their age, after they responded to a report of persons stealing items from an Amish store on the West Lake Road in the Town of Depeyster.

St. Lawrence County Sheriff Deputies say Laflair and the 2 others were caught Thursday morning when they stopped Laflair's truck as it was leaving the store. In the truck were several items taken from locations around Lisbon, Heuvelton and Depeyster. Laflair and the 2 juveniles were taken into custody. Laflair has been charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Laflair is scheduled to appear in the Town of Oswegatchie Court next month to answer to those charges. Sheriff's Deputies say they have not been able to account for the owners of all the stolen items and are asking that anyone with information regarding the incident to contact the Sheriff's Office at 379-2222.
