6 arrested for burglary in St. Regis Falls
St. Regis Falls -- New York State Police in Malone arrested 5 people for their involvement in a Home Invasion Burglary which occurred on February 29th at approximately 6:45 p.m. to a private residence on South Main Street in St Regis Falls. Arrested were:
Christopher J. Randall, age 16, of Moira, arrested for Burglary 1st Degree andarraigned in Waverly Town Court before Town Justice Hal Fraser and committed to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $50,000.00 bail.
Johnathan R. Barto, age 17, of Brasher, arrested for Burglary 1st Degree andarraigned in Waverly Town Court before Town Justice Hal Fraser and committed to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $50,000.00 bail. Jon-Alec N. Connell, age 18, of Brasher, arrested for Burglary 1st Degree andarraigned in Waverly Town Court before Town Justice Hal Fraser and committed to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000.00 bail.
Adam J. Baublitz, age 23, and Kassy-Lynn Marcoux-Baublitz, age 24, of Brasher, were both arrested for Burglary 1st Degree and arraigned in Waverly Town Court before Town Justice Hal Fraser and committed to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $50,000.00 bail.
A fifteen year old female from North Lawrence was also arrested for Burglary 1st Degree and she was issued a Family Court Appearance Ticket.
This investigation into this incident is ongoing and is being conducted by the New York State Police in Malone along with the Franklin County District Attorney's Office.
