A St. Lawrence County man won $800,000 at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino last week.
Philip Huckins won the cash on the casino's Wheel of Fortune progressive machines on January 28th, according to a release from the casino.
"I'm the type of guy that says this could never happen to me," the Brasher Falls man is quoted as saying.
Huckins' win comes on the heels of a $71,101 win by Carol Stewart of Quebec in the Mohawk Super Jackpot and a $76,679 win by an unidentified winner on the Caribbean stud table game.
