Town of Fine - A St. Lawrence County husband and wife have been arrested for growing marijuana.
Following an investigation by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Drug Task Force, detectives have charged Harry J. Pelno, 83, and Leatta M. Pelno, 55, with Misdemeanor Unlicensed Marijuana grow.
It is alleged Mr. and Mrs. Pelno possessed a small marijuana grow at their residence, 1049 Sucker Lake, Fine, NY, and did not have a license to do so. Both Mr. and Mrs. Pelno were issued appearance tickets and are to answer the charges in the Town of Fine Court on October 23rd.
