A local teen accused of smashing cemetary grave stones in Felts Mills
Felts Mills (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- A teen has been charged with the vandalism that occurred at a Felts Mills cemetery last month.
State Police arrested the unidentified 15 year old Wednesday on charges of third degree burglary and first degree cemetery desecration. Police accuse the teen of breaking into a storage shed at the Evergreen Cemetery in early July, and using a sledgehammer to smash a number of grave stones.
The matter has now been turned over to family court.
