ABC News: Presidential Debate #3 - Monday, October 22nd– 9:00 – 11:00 PM
The third and last of the Presidential debates between President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney will be held on Monday at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. The format calls for six 15-minute time segments on foreign policy, including America’s role in the world, Our longest war – Afghanistan and Pakistan, Red Lines- Israel and Iran, The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism, and The Rise of China and Tomorrow’s World. Bob Schieffer, the moderator, will open each segment with a question. Each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Following the candidates' responses, the moderator will use the balance of the 15-minute segment to facilitate a discussion on the topic. Diane Sawyer and George Stephanopoulos will lead the ABC News coverage immediately following the debate.
Happy Endings - Tuesday, October 23rd– 9:00 – 9:30 PM

“The Chew” kicks off its countdown to Halloween with a weeklong series, "Behind the Candy," giving viewers a look at how some of America's favorite candy is made. From Tootsie Rolls, Necco Wafers and Snickers to candy corn and Charm's Blow Pops, "The Chew" has all things ghoulishly delicious this Halloween season. Thursday’s "Behind the Candy" features candy corn. John Cena from the WWE will swing by to chat and help cook up some spooky and sinful desserts.

Season 16 of ABC's Emmy® Award-winning talk show "The View" continues this week with five days of wonder women including Katie Couric on Thursday. Katey Segal ("Sons of Anarchy") also stops by, and musical guest Psy performs.

Katie Couric puts on her cowboy boots for an hour-long special, "All Access Nashville with Katie Couric," giving viewers an exclusive all-access pass to the homes and private lives of Country Music's biggest stars, including Taylor Swift, Reba McEntire, Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert with the Pistol Annies. Additionally, viewers will hear from Luke Bryan, Martina McBride, Jason Aldean and more on the greatest female country singers of all time.

Meanwhile, Gavin receives cryptic texts from an unknown source threatening Olivia's safety, and Henry meets a media consultant interested in propelling his political career. A jealous Brian questions Louise about her rendezvous with Dr. Evans while she was recovering from her elevator accident, and one of Gavin's most crucial personal possessions is missing by the end of the evening, on "666 Park Avenue."
