Watertown -- Thursday morning State Police in Watertown arrested 35 year Aaron A. Netto, Ridgeview Dr, Watertown, for Tampering with Physical Evidence and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree, both Class E Felonies.
Netto is alleged to have concealed a stolen Wacker Tamper, valued at approximately $2,300, knowing the Tamper to be physical evidence of the crime of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. The Tamper was stolen from a Con Tech Building Systems construction site on CR-202 in the Town of Watertown.
Netto was issued Appearance Tickets returnable in the Town Watertown Court on October 25th.
